About AIPL

Advance India Projects Limited (AIPL), established in 1991 and headquartered in Gurugram, has shaped India’s real estate landscape with sixty landmark developments across retail and residential sectors. When AIPL prepared to unveil their most ambitious project yet – a revolutionary luxury space featuring vertical gardens, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an integrated waterfall – we stepped in to craft its introduction to the world.

Challenge 

The project’s unprecedented luxury presented a unique communication challenge: How do we create intrigue without revealing too much? We needed to:

  • Designing an engaging teaser campaign for their upcoming commercial project  that balanced mystery with appeal
  • Develop an engaging promotional strategy that adhered AIPL’s established brand identity
  • Generate intrigue while maintaining exclusivity

Working closely with AIPL, we developed a multi-faceted campaign focused on:

  • Crafting a powerful outdoor marketing presence that positioned the project as truly exceptional
  • Incorporating AIPL’s ‘JOY’ segment elements to resonate with premium investors and lend credibility 
  • Building anticipation through strategic information release.
