Challenges

The challenges that we had to tackle were many:

Existing advertisements and media campaigns were missing the mark, creating the necessity for a fresh, unconventional approach.

  • Integrating CRED’s strict design guidelines with an open ended creative brief.
  • Delivering dynamic and timely content for the IPL cricket season and enhancing audience engagement.

 

Objective

Keeping the CRED brand voice and tone in mind, we wanted to get our objectives across and clearly strategise on a plan that would help us achieve the following. 

  • Develop a personalized ad media strategy including the IPL narrative.
  • Produce standout content, keeping in line with CRED’s brand guidelines and ensuring timely delivery. 
  • Enhance communication across all media channels and boost brand awareness for improved app downloads.

  • Seamlessly balanced CRED’s brand guidelines with innovative concepts tailored for the IPL season.
  • Understood the campaign requirements set by CRED to utilize animation and design, and successfully launched campaigns for CRED’s new app features.

  • Working with the in-house media team, we streamlined the creative process, to ensure timely delivery of smart content 
  • We maintained our alignment with CRED’s design language and brand voice for the IPL cricket season, which heightened brand retention.
